Can anyone name all the components of the Ray Stevens Megamedley? I don't think I've ever heard the one between Ahab the Arab and Bridget the Midget. (And Dave left out Everything Is Beautiful, which he certainly could have included since he did play Misty.)

Those were all there, and the one Urth is thinking of was "Harry the Hairy Ape" (which has basically the same melody as "Ahab"). I think Dave considers "Misty" a novelty -- he also omitted my personal fave "serious" Stevens hit, "Mr Businessman".
