I can get into the hairband-y sound, but WTH does the title mean?  I've never cared enough to look it up, and if no one answers, that would be just fine, too.

Wow, I remember winning a stack of CDs from one of the local stations around '90, and three of 'em are in this set: Jellyfish, Black Crowes, and Toy Matinee. Forget what the other ones were (maybe a Tom Petty best of?) but seeing those three grouped together brought that back. I think I sold the Toy Matinee, still have the others.
