In nearly... 3 weeks! ;D
I'm sorry Lee.  I just can't continue to date you and that terrible, errr, grammar of yours.

Dave never misses an opp to play his Favorite. Single. EVAH!  BOS3 Jackie Wilson.

If that's his fave EVAH, then Lee Michaels can't be far behind.
He loves Lee's organ.

That would explain why Lee hadn't loved the gal in nearly 4 years.

Third time I'm hearing "Use Me" in 4 days.

Q: How do you turn a duck into a soul singer?

A: Put it in the microwave until its bill withers.

Whoo Whoo!  another BOS Gladys. That Geico commercial with the Pips is one of the saddest things I've ever seen.

Renee's faucet only has two settings: Off & Gush.

Sadder than Michael "vocal sound effects guy" Winslow's ad?

Help me out here gang - who was the guest host of SNL (back in the good ol' days when the guests got to pick the musical performers) who requested and got the Pips sans Gladys?

And they knocked this song out of the park.

yes, because that was all Winslow EVER had.  But there's the Pips doing "Whoo Whoo" even tho' Geico was too cheap to license "Midnight Train", so it looks doubly pathetic.

I just listened to this set here at work and I gotta say, that fade out of "Midnight Train..." is soulier than soul has a right to be.

What a way to move out of LA...
