BOS3 to Timmy Thomas, WCWLT?  I just learned that he had wanted to re-record this demo, but his label insisted he release it as was.

Now we know where Robert Palmer got the idea for his 'Addicted to Love' vid!

Player was being stubborn launching, got it going just in time for the end of Shambala.

VHM to Martha Mitchell and her "bad cowboys" rant.

And VVHM to "my woman from Toe-kay-yo!" Bustout?

shraytabase-wise, perhaps, but there's no way that's the first time Dave's ever played it.  Either way, better "WFT" than "Smoke on the Water" ;)

Early BOS votes for JB and Elton's I've Seen That Movie Too--this might be as deep as Dave ever gets into GYBR.

(Speaking of which, the Shraytabase doesn't show any plays for Grey Seal, but that's one I'd swear has turned up a time or two.)

Btw, thought I'd join the cadre of Hayes tributes via my avatar.

And BOS3 Little Willy.

"Grey Seal" showed up a lot in the pre-Shraytabase '90s, when I was actually listening in SF.  I have to think that over the past 12 years Dave's hit everything off that album except "Jamaica Jerk-Off," "Your Sister Can't Twist," and "Danny Bailey," and I don't mind missing the first two.
