BOS2 to Dire Straits.  Knopfler has carved out a unique spot for himself as far as guitar tone, feel, and rhythm are concerned.  Instantly recognizable.

Oh yes, of course it is.  I've even played that in band, as recently as our spring concert.  That's the Saratoga Community Band, and I do mean just last spring.  Funny I never made the connection.

That was some rockabilly Split Enz.  BOS from me too!  Can't post much but a pretty good set considering.
