i can't believe the month is over already. i was grooving to joni mitchell (first song streamed of the day for me), then ddt went and played some damn jackson browne. i gotta get outta this place.

bob's "you're gonna make me lonesome when you go!" i've never heard the original before. wow. what a songwriter...

the only version i knew was the wonderful cover on miss peyroux's latest album, which my mother (who just received a version i copied for her) refers to as "a really boss cd!"

i should write a book of mother's quotes.
