Or maybe I Got a Name? (Possible bustout?)

Yes, it was on vinyl, but no, not a bustout--but this was only its second appearance in the DB.
Let's get right to it.

VHM TOP, "So Very hard..."

Since this is a typical Foghead request list, I'm not expecting any bustouts.

This is not shaping up to be all that typical after all.  So far only Billy Preston had appeared more than thrice previously...and any day when you get to use the word 'thrice' in a sentence is a good day!

Big Fat BOS from me, and another with only one prior Db appearance, 5 1/2 yrs ago.

Yep, if the birthday girl picked all of these, then she did better than I'd have given her credit for. A heavy dose of 70s R&B--nice!

indeed, this is a not-so-typical Foghead we're dealing with here.  VHM "Wildflower", another Summer-of-'73 flashback for me, and an early David Foster composition, iirc.

And it appears to be a bustout, too!

Well this is yer bustout, bub!  Since you claim to knwo the composer I assume you can ID the artist, 'cuz I'm coming up with a blank even though my memory of hearing this as a 10-yr-old has me singing along with the lyrics.
