Leftover Salmon -- aptly named, 'cause they smell bad and don't microwave very well.

But I'll give the song points for humor.  speaking of, VHM Ren & Stimpy. And BOS XTC!

Nevertheless, a great song to hear in a presidential run-up that's heavy on the soap opera.

OK, now we're talking.  Los Lobos from the ab fab Kiko album.  One of the top ten (if not 5) albums of the 90's imho.

BOS "That Train Don't Stop Here Anymore".

Word.

And huge BOS to the joyous Peter Pumpkinhead from XTC. Ear candy at its finest.
Let's get right to it.

oh, absolutely!  (speaking of, I could NOT believe HRC playing the Rev Wright card yesterday -- does she really want *her* cult/church given the full mainstream media treatment? So far only the HuffingtonPost is on the story)

Howard Tate's comeback-attempt albums of '03 and '06 sounded a LOT like this Robert Cray tune.

"got a bowling ball in my stomach
got a desert in my mouth"

Yeah, that's how I feel when I hear Tori Amos, all right.  WOS -- music for freshman girl Lit majors who worship Sylvia Plath.

I got back to back phone calls, did he actually play somthing from Ren & Stimpy?

ETA: subsequent posts seem to have answered my question.  Nevermind.

well, techincally it was Tori Amos' solo debut, after Tori Kant Spell.

2 out of 3 ain't bad; I'm sure Marcus will redeem himself in '77 tomorrow.

Wow, does Andy test his upper range at the end of that last verse ... One of the many reasons the song is so thrilling.
