BTW, this isn't knee-jerk hate of an easy target - these guys had some good moments, but I HATE the sound their drums get on every song.  Awful production choice.

Is Ginger/Marcus allowed to play stuff like Culture Beat's "Mr. Vain"?  That's the direction I'd like to hear this set go in.

OK, now we're talking.  Los Lobos from the ab fab Kiko album.  One of the top ten (if not 5) albums of the 90's imho.

I give it a VHM for rarity, but this kinda stuff all blends together as generic Americana for me. Heresy, I know -- but it just doesn't fire me up.
