LOL!  Now I get the inflection Dave used when he mentioned we'd be hearing a 'paid' political announcement.

Jerry Springer sure had balls, didn't he?

Of course no coincidence coming right after Elliott SPitzer's debacle.

And Toto too!  Yikes. I'm all for cheese, but when it rises like Olympus above the other cheeze...

ETA: for years I mondegreened that line as "rises like an Empress".

This set is turning out to be the evil '82--only the Crenshaw and Clash tunes are remotely BOS-worthy.
Let's get right to it.

any ex-Yes members in a band qualifiy them for your undying love, does it?

 ;) ;) ;)

I'm going out on a limb to give "Africa" a BOS.  If some unknown group had composed this & it was just a 1HW, they'd have gotten a lot more love than Toto ever did.

can't BOS it, but I won't disagree with your point. There's certainly an "oh they're just slick, rich LA session hacks" attitude towards them. Of course, that's 'cause they *are* rich slick LA session hacks... ;)

VHM that sexy voice again, but I'd do anything for a bustout or 3

a bustout would be a *real* miracle.  Peter deserves better on his B-day. Yeah, that's my story and I'm stickin' with it!

I remember dancing to this for what seemed like hours at the Echo Beach dance club down on Harrison. Not sure I could even find it now.
