I think Chicago IX was a greatest hits comp. IYLMN was on Chicago X.

Right on both counts, and both were released in '76.

Hah! Bobby Short into Pete Rose

I think Bobby would've preferred Pete Rose into him  ;)  Talk about a Love hangover!

Quick, who'll be first here to name the single & album with most weeks at #1 in 1976?

Song: Rod Stewart, "Tonight's the Night"
Album: Stevie Wonder, SITKOL
You are CORRECT. Stevie's album was #1 for 14 weeks in fall 76/winter77. Runner up was Frampton Comes Alive, 10 weeks trading #1 spot back & forth with Wings Speed of Sound (7 wks at #1).

Rod's "Tonight" #1 for 8 weeks fall 76. Runner up: Wings "Silly Love Songs" 5 wks #1, but trading off with Diana's "Love Hangover." Next at 4 wks each: Johnnie Taylor "Disco Lady" and Elton/Kiki "Don't Go Breaking Me Heart"

BOS here as well.  Dave played this twice on '05 (no idea if it was the long verison), but no other Db occurrences.

BOS to BOZ.  What can I say?

what can I Jinx?

So much for Dave's classic rock mood. This set has taken a welcome turn.

"disco lady" would get my bos vote, if he played it.
