Didn't you like the INXS?  I thought that was an above average TotHC, considering it's 1991.

He has played Hi-Five's "I Like the way", hasn't he? At least once.

perhaps. i'm just being dramatic - it's so rare we hear any early nineties soul/njswing. i don't count color me badd anymore, since we've grown to expect it.

One that I bet we hear: "Right Here Right Now", but I wish we'd hear Scorpions "Wind Of Change" instead, as long as we're talking about the fall of the Berlin wall.

Was RHRN 1991?  I thought it was earlier, '89 or '90.  I should know by now since we hear it so damn much, but hrmm.

Or better yet, records that were altered to suit individual markets. The album version says "...New York City", doesn't it?

#2 in '91.  Kinda hard to sing about the fall of the Berlin Wall before it happened.

"UnKatrinable".

But I do have memories of hearing this -- a LOT -- as I drove across the Heartland from NY to SF.

I'm gonna take the over on Dave commenting that the La's are "a perfect pop song".
