OMFG! "See Emily Play"!!!  I think we're in 10-way-tie territory.

The BeeGees tune was great, but I am sorely tempted to BOS this commercial montage. Hard to picture such things as flash cubes being the height of consumer photographic innovation....
Let's get right to it.

Excellent way to start the weekend -- 1967.

Saw Bruce last night -- great show (as expected).  I'm still totally pumped on his energy...

Me too!

Hey Mark, it was great to see you again last night.  And by the way, I'm highly impressed to hear that Tarkus was your 1st album purchase -- very progressive!!

Cool seeing you again too!  Walking out I was telling Dave that since we all work within a few minutes of each other we should have lunch once in a while.

Speaking of Prog, BOS #N+1 to the Floyd.

Hope you noticed the voice of the great Daws Butler (Elroy Jetson, Auggie Doggie and countless others) on that Raisin Bran spot.

Leonard Cohen!! "Suzanne"!! Dave's pulling out all the stops today.  I'm still running a 10-way tie 6 songs in.

Hey Urth, last night I saw a guy whose t-shirt was exactly your avatar, which is why/when I left you a voicemail.

A big WOW! BOS for Leonard Cohen.  Pretty sure this is vinyl.

Sorry to say I was divided between the set and working, so I wasn't able to truly focus on that. Will HAVE to catch the replay tonight.

Third truly stellar set within a week. Amazing.
Let's get right to it.

The guy he was interviewing sure sounded a lot like Jerry Garcia.

Great news clip, makes the "hippies" sound like some recently discovered culture living in the jungle.  :-)

Oh and BOS Doors -- IMHO maybe the best opening song on a debut album of all time!!!!

OMFG!! I'm a believer!! Micky Dolenz doing one of Neil Sedaka's best...

Rhyming "believer" with "leave her" is just genius.
Let's get right to it.
