He's certainly played "Melissa," and I can't believe he's never played "Blue Sky."  "One Way Out" seems likely, and "Little Martha" has definitely been included in an Instrumental only set.

...but he doesn't play them often, both "Metal Guru" and "White Lies" occur more by themselves than all those tracks combined.
