BOS5 in perpetuity "Suspicious Minds" -- I've heard it a million times, but it really is one of the greatest pop singles ever, IMHO.

no argument from me!

Nor I. Oh for a return to the public mindset where a song like this could be a huge hit.

And while I'm here, BOSX+1, Love In Vain.
Let's get right to it.

WOS to "Love in Vain." Drunk C/W Mick isn't my idea of a good time.  But BBBOS to "Suspicious Minds," probably one of my 10 favorite No. 1 hits.

no question.  Kicking butt & taking names.  That 1-2 of Tull & Young to close the first half was jsut phenomenal.

I was wondering the same thing. Or just 'cuz IABD is a bay area band.

And with reference to the song, it's about to be. Feels like it could sizzle out today--by SF standards anyway (mid-80s anyone?).

Dunno if Ginger will do a Summer Set next week, but if so, I'll regret missing it.  Wonder if Dave'll be around to do his first "live" Pride Set in several years?
