another VHM to Ian Gomm, one of my fave singles of that glorious "New Wave One Hit Wonder" period.

Keep wondering if we'll hear either of the Rockpile enfant terribles--if not, it'll be a rare 79 set indeed.

Gaz'll be happy -- no Rockpile, and we close with LRB's "Lonesome Loser".

Bonus track: the Foghead passed on Tim CUrry, Dave Edmunds & Robert Gordon, but went for Southside & the Jukes, Havin' A Party. Just fine, thankya.
Let's get right to it.

The least of their tracks from that period, actually. Plus it's the only SSJ&TAJ track that Dave EVER plays (and only in specialty sets, it seems).

Just as well, I'd've been pissed had I missed Tim Curry.
