switched over to WLNG in time for OC Smith's "Little Green Apples" -- why didn't he have more hits?

America's "Lonely People", in which they utter the lamest, least-convincing "Hit it!" in the history of pop.

another quirky classic-rock stream a la KCDX:

http://www.wmir1009.com/

"Mid-Island Rock 100.9" is a pirate station on Long Island, but they also stream. apparently run by some guy who grew up listening to Long Island FM radio, he plays classics as well as oddball only-on-L.I. oldies like the Good Rats.  I'll be checking this out after CGSS at 2:00.

FYI I've been listening and it's quite good -- heard some live BOC ("Astronomy") and live Allmans too. As well as '80s cheeze (Billy Squier et al).
