Speaking of, "Katrinaboat Annie".

Not really, we've only heard that a couple times in the past 2 1/2 years.

I was particularly enjoying it because I had never noticed the banjo in the background until just now.

But as we have often observed when listening to Seger on the Drive, Dave rarely plays him, despite the obvious Detroit connection.

Here are all the songs by Bob Seger that Dave played between 5-1-2004 and 9-22-2006:

Heavy Music
Katmandu
Night Moves
Ramblin' Gamblin' Man
Rock & Roll Never Forgets
Still the Same (twice)
Turn the Page

The one previous time he played "Night Moves" was by request in the Fogheads at Fifteen set he did earlier this year.

My "infallible" memory goes back a lot further than 2-1/2 yrs

This is totally irrelevant of course, but we played "Rock and Roll Never Forgets" in the LSJUMB, and the tenor sax part was called "Suck and Pull Terri's Sore Tits".  Terri was a tenor sax player herself, but was not responsible for this name choice.  Some things stick with you.
