TANC: Mavis singing to "daddy" just for Gaz!

she's not a girl to linger
but she feels like a (crispettty, crunchetty) Butterfinger.

I haven't heard this one before, but it sure feels like soul to me.

Do it again!

Gaz Gaz, Gazoo Jazz!

BOS2 Brick, tho' I wish their follow-up, "Dusic" would get some Morey love.

Wait, wasn't it Jisco?

Oh MY!  BOS3 J-5, "I Am Loooooooooove" (the looooooooooong version)!

Tho' it occurs to me the melody is a bit of a rip off of Skylark's "Wildflower".

Damn.  Makes me feel old.  I thought I was at least kind of towards the bottom of KFOG's demographic, at 36.

I bet you don't use that lube on your car.  I rest my case.

ETA:  As great a song as "Don't Leave Me This Way" is, I'm tired of it.

I knew the song, heard it here numerous times. But had never looked to see what album it came from.

You? Jaded? Nah, couldn't be... ;)

least Necessary: "Don't Leave Me This Way", which we heard in last Thursday's 1977 "classic".

So far we've heard 2 songs (this and the Santa Esmeralda) from the fabulous 2-volume sndtk to the movie 54, which I finally caught on TV last week (not a very good film, alas).
