I was listening to ELP as I drove into work today, but this song didn't come up.  BOS #6 "Still...You Turn Me On"

Hey Gaz, how about a list of songs containing an ellipsis?

OMGWTFLOL! "Painted Ladies"! Ian Thomas BOS5. I'm guessing this was big in the Midwest?

I have heard this before, but it was not one of those minor songs to become a "KSHE Classic".  Sounds very fresh though.

Nationally, it peaked at #34, and got only a smattering of East Coast play. Ian Thomas was Canadian, so I figured this was an upper-midwest crossover hit.

And Tune #10 is only the second in the set that I wouldn't give a BOS vote to.

Great set, but something other than "Gimme Two Steps" would have made it a Stellar set.  Like maybe "Tuesday's Gone", or "Mississppi Kid" or "I Ain't the One".

Hey Gaz, how about a list of songs containing an ellipsis?

Michael Bolton, "Said I Loved You ... But I Lied"
Michael Bolton, "Can I Touch You ... There?"
Britney Spears, "... Baby One More Time" (though the ellipses were truncated during its chart run)
Chicago, "If She Would Have Been Faithful ..." (I can't believe I remember that one; it was the 1985 follow-up to "Will You Still Love Me")

Bonus Tracks: the only two charting songs (to my knowledge) with em dashes:
"River Deep—Mountain High"
"Heartbeat—It's a Lovebeat"
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

Glad I got home in time for the replay, this is almost One For The Ages.  Co-BOS votes to "Grey Seal" (one of my favorite Taupin lyrics, and the song still evokes walking through the Tenderloin in the fall of '96) and "Painted Ladies."  Had the latter been in a 1978-1981 set, I'd've thought it was the Little River Band, as I've only heard this once or twice before.

Nice!  (I loved that O&J song, have heard it once in the past 20 years.)
