Even Dave's clips are "Sallys" today: Charles & Di, and now Mommie Dearest.

VHM BOC, but really...

and now "sausalito?" i'm outta here...

Does this count as a Narada?

Absolutely -- it's one for me, I'd never heard it before discovering Dave.

while I don't particularly care for this song, I like the bass and rhythm guitar during the verses.

Proxy BOC BOS for our missing friend:  "...time to play Beej sides..."

Which reminds me: I ran into the great disappearing Beej on the N Judah the other night, and he sends greetings to all and says he misses us, but his morning work sched now keeps him hopping during the 10am hour, and his sweetie is keeping him hopping during his off hours. (Oh, and his murder-mystery side job is getting a bit more frequent as well.) He said he'd try to check in now and again, but he wanted me to let you know he hadn't dropped off the planet.

OK, BOS Hall & Oates. Just cuz.
Let's get right to it.

To me, I thought a Narada had to be a good song!

A glossary!  Who knew?  But it doesn't say "good" there.  Anyway, I like "Snausalito".

This got enough airplay back in the day on KSHE in St. Louis.  Not a Narada for me.  I still kinda like it, but not enough to call it a guilty pleasure.

apparently many of us were rather bored on Monday.  Now it's got a link right below the BOS email one (in case you haven't looked up there yet)

Private Eyes. Not their best, but sounded good amid all the toil and stress.

I also put in a request for Family Man next time 83 comes around. We'll see if DM remembers.

By the way, before I forget, a belated RIP for Vince Welnick.  I read a really sad account of him in the Chron a few weeks ago.  Apparently, the Tubes didn't mean anything to him.  Only playing in the Grateful Dead had any significance, at least in his last years.
