They sold the plastic "shaker" real cheap and then they expected you to buy the packets of powder, to which you added milk.  It wasn't bad, but not as good as Borden's "Frosted Shake", which came refrigerated in a can. Mmmmmm...

I fondly remember buying the Batman Theme and Ballad of the Green Berets at the Woolworth at the corner of Market and Powell.  I loved that record section.
