OMGWTF of Set: "Smuggler's Blues."  Maybe I'd like it better if it were called "Plum Smuggler's Blues."  But as well-written as the song is, it's just way difficult for me to ignore how smirking and smarmy Glenn Frey is.

Agree with your analysis.  I either start by going "Oh God, here's Glenn Frey", and then wind up grooving a bit, or else the other way around.  Today it's the other way around.

WOW!  One of the EMP presentations was on Phil Collins' "Against All Odds."  Makes this an especially weird listen.  (I still need to post some of my conference reactions.  WIll do that today.)

Well then, you don't wanna know.


And that's just unthinkable.  "Love Is a Battlefield" and "Invincible" are simply incredible songs, and it'd be entertaining to get "Fire and Ice" and "Sex As a Weapon" every once in a while too.  Not to mention "Hell Is for Children," another worthy entry in the "Sounds Better When Sung By Fred Schneider" songbook.
