Kate Bush Lite  -- is "Crucify" a breakout, or do I just not pay sufficient attention to '92 sets?

VHM to Tori Amos, "Crucify," which I haven't heard in a very long time.  I feel like I should have tried harder to get her later stuff.

I doubt you're gonna say the same about Tom Cochrane.

But let's all eschew saying 'Life Is A Katrina' shall we?  That's a katrina by itself.

You stopped me just in time. Let's all eschew saying "eschew".

LOL, but no way man, that's one of my favorite words.

Eschew Obfuscation!

While we are on the subject of double speak, did anyone notice yesterday that there were simultaneous online news articles:  "Bush to cut domestic spending to balance budget" and "Bush proposes record 459 Bn dollar defense spending."

I was all set to type "Wow, it's Kate Bush--no wait, just Tori doing her best homage." And there ya go, beating me to the punch. Well done, pard.

Still no clear-cut BOS, Black Crowes are looking better all the time.
Let's get right to it.

So have any of you listened to the new Kate Bush, Aerial?  I heard two songs from it.  Nice enough, but they sounded like she Wanted You To Know she took 10 years to make the album.  Overelaborate, and this from someone who generally enjoys heavy production.

BOS2 to kd's "Constant Craving," which I just heard on one of my mixtapes on Friday.  I often forget how crystalline her voice is.

BOS for Constant Craving.  It's just a great song, and KD is amazing.

Finished pretty high in the VV Pazz'n'Jop, no?

BOS ms lang, which is saying something, since I got pretty sick of this one back then.

That almost made me swallow my eschewing gum.

And here's another Stones song--oh wait, it's just K.D. Lang.
Let's get right to it.
