3/02/16 - Wednesday!  It's 1967

1. The Beatles - Strawberry Fields
2. Donovan - Mellow Yellow
(TV:  The Smothers Brothers introducing the Jefferson Airplane)
3. Jefferson Airplane - Somebody To Love
4. Jefferson Airplane - White Rabbit
(News:  hippies and anti-war protesters out and about in San Francisco)
5. Richie Havens - San Francisco Bay Blues
6. The Who - I Can See For Miles
(Ad:  Pete Townshend of the Who for the United States Air Force)
7. The Doors - People Are Strange
    (Movie:  Valley of the Dolls)
8. Wilson Pickett - Funky Broadway
    (Movie:  Valley of the Dolls)
9. Bob Dylan - Positively 4th Street
    (TV:  The Monkees)
10.The Monkees - Daydream Believer
(Movie: introduction for a film warning against the dangers of LSD)
11.Velvet Underground - I'm Waiting For The Man

No. 7 appears to be a bust-out.  (Once again, I do not consider its previous sole appearance as
a bonus track to be part of a 10@10 set.)

Wow, that's the coincidence of the week, certainly. And I note that Dave, for comparison, played "Wishful Sinful" SEVEN times.

And I completely agree with your "F for creativity" comment.
You spin me right 'round, baby, right 'round

BOS3 Bobby Z "Positively 4th St"
Not a bustout I presume, but a great song we hear way too rarely these days.
Don't stand in the way of LOVE!

BOS1 Richie Havens by the bay.
Not a bustout?  I always liked the way he did this song.  Too often it's done in pizza parlor straw hat style, but Richie gives it emotional depth.
