another late start: "Praise You" begins just after 10, a song that ironically is from 1999 and 1998, depending.

No, the point was it was a '99 song being played before a '99 set.

The Matrix-> "Race for the Prize", Flaming Lips with a welcome rarity. VHM at very least.

ETA: a bustout, in fact. So I'm bumping it up to BOS1.
