Another of those perfectly pleasant sets that, with a couple of substitutions, coulda been over-the-top stellar.

That neatly sums up how I feel about a lot of the '60s sets lately.  While there appears to be an
effort to avoid frequent flyers, there also seems to be much more restraint in playing new material
than we saw with AL 1.0.

I requested "I'll Tumble 4 Ya", so of course we get the overexposed "Karma Chameleon" instead.

I am surprised to discover that would be a bust-out -- and a most welcome one.

Pretty much anything other than "Karma", "Do You Really..." and "Time" would be bustout/rarity territory.

TANC: switched over to WLNG and they played "Miss Me Blind", another I've requested multiple times

The Day After ---> Nena "99 Luftballoons"
Auf Deutsch -- ausgezeignet!
Anyone who can speak German will know that the original lyrics are actually quite different than the English, much more apocalyptic.

A bit darker at the end, perhaps.  Here's a good translation:

http://lyricstranslate.com/en/99-Luftballons-99-Luftballons.html

The site looks like an interesting resource, and brings to mind another theme for a 10@10 set:
foreign language songs that charted in the U.S. or done by well-known artists.  So we have
Dominique, Komm Mir Deine Hand, La Bamba, 99 Luftballoons, etc.
