Paul Simon "The Obvious Child"
Perhaps it's just my end-of-year ennui, but all I can think of is "The Oblivious Child!"

I find the Black Crowes quite annoying, even if they're peripherally related to my end of the musical spectrum.

Cheap knock-off, eh?

Can't say I regret missing this one -- underwhelming on paper, certainly.

FB thread is up. I stepped in for RG Mike on his veteran Lisa Stansfield request. Oddly, I think of my five requests, "The Humpty Dance" probably has the greatest chance of actually being played.

Annalisa played The Humpty Dance on August 27, 2010, in a "later years in the Local Scene"
set.  Sex Packets and Packet Man have both appeared four times each.

Well... there you go. Humpty Dance 1, Other Requests 0

So we got Hammer instead of Digital Underground... I would have preferred Biz Markie's "Just A Friend"... Just sayin'...

Ha!

I'll summarize as best as I can for those not participating as it happened:

High LNQ without any bustouts
Yet managed to be enjoyable, even if a couple of selections rankled feathers.
