I know I'm just an old 'get off my lawn' kind of guy, and I didn't listen this morning, but this seems like some kind of theft to me.  Even when they do some unlistenable 90's or 2000's show, at least it's being done in historical 10@10 perspective.  I know there are theme shows now and then, but this just seems so...I don't know.

The 10@10 show as advertisment, particularly for other KFOG-related programming or activities,
has a long history.  Ka-boom, local music month, Live From the Archives, A to Z -- all have been
fodder for a related 10@10 set at some point over the years.  So the idea of having a theme set
promoting the top songs of 2013 isn't that offensive to me.

My "get off my lawn" moment was more in line with Uth's observation.  I just didn't hear anything
particularly novel or interesting in this set.  It's a complaint I've had for some years.  Depending
on where you plant your stake, rock/pop as a musical form is about sixty years old, and by itself
is not particularly complicated.  Most of what was presented in this set trod familiar ground, and
what didn't has been overexposed, perhaps for that reason.

Live 105 posted a Top 20 list to very little fanfare.  It's even more boring than KFOG's, and some of the songs are from 2010 or 2011.  ::)

To the Live 105 best of 2013, and in honor of the late Marcia Wallace:
