BACK on my Feet Again.

If it's who I think it is, this shouldn't ever be played, for whatever reason.

Thur 1/3/13: it's... 2008 (!)

Oy vey.  "Poker Face" is 5 years old already?

WOS: Jazn Mrazzzz givin' it his bestest.  This is also 5 years old? it's still a recurrent on KFOG. Blorf.

Coldplay when they were not completely insufferable. "Viva la U2 Soundalike"

"Break Even" by The Script? NTM.

"Second Chance" by Shinedown? also NTM.

VHM Pink, "So What"

All-American Rejects, "Gives You Hell".  Also NTM  Glad KFOG never played some of these horrid rock tunes.

Katy Perry kisses a gurl. oooh it's the "Rock Remix"! Gawd.

Yet another KFOG recurrent I can't believe is 5 years old: Kings of Leon "Use Somebody".

'08 is pretty bold. How far back would Morey go with his sets in the '90's? '80's (if anyone was listening back then)?

the shortest-back Dave ever went was 9 years., but generally it was 10.  When he left in '08 I don't think he'd ever done '98; he did '97 once or twice. AL did the first-ever sets for '98 thru '03

AL introduced 2003 in 2011, making it the first time a year only 8 at the time was played. RR has only once delved into the 2000's (Y2K).

The Script might hold the distinction of being the blandest hit act of the 00's.

I can't help but think they got a lot of resistance when 2003 appeared and therefore didn't add '04, '05, '06.  As noted before, when DC was at KINK in Portland, their 10@10 went back as recently as 5 years (in 2005 they were doing sets from 2000).

Fri 1/4/13: 2003

Oy.

instant WOS: No Doubt's mediocre (and unnecessary) remake of "It's My Life"

WOS2: Hoobaback. Or Nicklestank. or something.

BOS OutKast!! shake it like a Polaroid pic-sha! Remember when everyone was shocked that Live 105 played this one?

Kelly Clarkson, "Miss Independent"

eek: Fathead  and his creepy "Daughters" -- wow, this was 10 years ago? WOS3

WOS4 Evanescence.

overly-familiar but sounding good in this context: Los Lonely Boys. VHM.

BOS2 "Stacy's Mom".

BOS3 Jet, still one of the great rock singles of the '00s. And another "OMG is this really 10 yrs old?" memory-jogger.
