1, 2 (albeit in 2000), and 9 were #1s. I'll disagree w/ Rad on 5 (four weeks at #2).

Actually, all of these charted for me (even Santana, peaking at #30). I'd agree that being a bit more daring would've helped oodles.

Did a couple of posts here get deleted?  I seem to remember a discussion about how a certain proportion of songs should be sledgehammers/obscurities/AAA standards/etc.
