Nice start with "Rosalita". BOS1.

Dude! having a little willy is not at all sweet.

Direct from the Repub convention: Skynyrd.

BOS2 the Mighty Zep.

VHM Iggles. I could use a Tequila Sunrise right now.

uber-BOS3 Macca's still-fab "Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five"

LN: Steve Miller.

BOS4 EJ. I could use some Elderberry Wine right now.

BOS5 Mr Croce's still-lovely movie theme.

LN2: Styx.

Springsteen - Rosalita (Come Out Tonight)
Sweet - Little Willie
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Tuesday's Gone
Led Zeppelin - The Song Remains The Same
Eagles - Tequila Sunrise
Paul McCartney & Wings - Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five
Steve Miller Band - The Joker
Elton John - Elderberry Wine
Jim Croce - I Got A Name
Styx - Lady

one of Bob's best efforts in a while.

great year but instant LN: "Sistah Golden Hayuh"

VHM Seger. Ditto F.Mac but I wish someone would play "Blue Letter" once in a while.

LN2: ZZT. Ain't that a kick in the tush.

BOS1 "Harry Truman", Chicago's most-underrated song. And speaking of politics: fuck Ted Nugent.

LN3: "Have a Cigar" -- oh if someone would play the disco version someday.

VHM Sugarloaf -- you know, the band performs in the nude!

VHM good lovin' gone BadCo.

BOS2 and proxy of Gaz (of course): "Miracles". Ah feel like swervin' an' dancin'!

America - Sister Golden Hair
Bob Seger - Beautiful Loser
Fleetwood Mac - Monday Morning
ZZ Top - Tush
Chicago - Harry Truman
Pink Floyd - Have a Cigar
Ted Nugent - Stranglehold
Sugarloaf - Don't Call Us, We'll Call You
Bad Company - Good Lovin' Gone Bad
Jefferson Starship - Miracles

Yay!

FYI: the Drive's "One 45 @ 1:45" feature (that's 11:45am Pacific) has John Phillips today (his B-Day) and presumably the song will be "Mississippi", his only solo hit.

Meanwhile... sitting on a park bench...

VHM Van the Man

"What's Going on" is kinda LN but it's still pretty amazing, esp when you consider Berry Gordy didn't want to release it.

proxy of shray: Moodies.

BOS1 Janis, "Move Over", just for not being "Bobby McGee"

Pete's just a hippie gypsy. BOS2 Woody Allen, promoting Bananas: "We're gonna let people in to see it for free, and charge them to get out"

canyadiggit, canyadiggit? VHM Undisputed Troof.

LN2: James Gang. VHM H, JF & R, pulling it out.

BOS3 Stones.

Tull - Aqualung
Van Morrison - Blue Money
Marvin Gaye - What's Going On
Moody Blues - The Story In Your Eyes
Janis Joplin - Move Over
Who - Going Mobile
Undisputed Truth - Smiling Faces Sometimes
James Gang - Walk Away
Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds - Don't Pull Your Love
Stones - Wild Horses
