Woohoo!  I gets a request.  I won't spoiler it, ...  but we're gonna have some fun with this one.
Is it "Give It to Me"? (I certify I'm on the stream and way behind, so I'm just guessing, not spoiling..)
Yeah, definitely a Rod song!
Don't stand in the way of LOVE!

liked the Ozark Mountain Devils - If You Wanna Get To Heaven.   Good harmonica huffing.

J. Geils wants you to give it to them.  or him, or give it to Peter Wolf or something.  Nice organ break in this one, too.

I am loving this set!  My goodness.
Me too. I won't even complain about Hall and Goats. As soulful blue eyes as they get.

I've been hearing the even-more-soulful cover version (a #1 R&B single for Tavares in '74) on WDAS a lot lately.  Worth seeking out. They have a carbon & monoxide issue too.

Nice timing. Was able to listen to a few tunes this morning before I had to bail to head off to market during She's Gone. So I tune in tonight just in time to catch the last 30 seconds or so of...She's Gone! And thus got to hear the rest of the set.  Quite a few nice little nuggets in there--Feats, Seals & Crofts (yes, really),  Ozark Mtn Daredevils, and towering over all, Bowie's Cracked Actor. Possibly one of the best efforts we've been given in a good long while. Anyone know if GDunn has archived this one?

Yes! He said he did.  Do you have his storehouse URL?   I have it somewhere.    Will look for it

I also recorded it as a QuickTime movie in case his Mp3 gets lost.

Yes, I've got GD's archive bookmarked. The file is there now, uploaded late last night after I posted that. Am downloading now, thanks!
