RIP Steve Mancha (100 Proof AND 8th Day)

He sang with many groups over the years, and was lead singer of 100 Proof (Aged in Soul) on their Invictus/Hot Wax hits and was also lead singer of 8th Day, whose "She's Not Just Another Woman" is one of my fave '70s soul tracks (tho' it was actually recorded in 1968).
