watching Chuck Prophet, who is kind of interesting.  A bit odd, but a pretty self-confident young man.

A few years ago, I interviewed a guy named Sharky Laguana, frontman of an SF power-pop-rockish band called Creeper Lagoon.  The band had toured with Chuck Prophet, and Sharky called him the best guitarist he'd ever heard, or words to that effect.  Since then I've made a mental note to check out some of his work, but never really followed up on it.  He does his own singing, I assume?

As an amusing aside, I found out months after interviewing Sharky that he was living two doors down from me (on Cumberland near Dolores Park).
