BOS2 Nilsson's "Think About Your Troubles", but the Ringo-narrated version of The Point didn't come along until years later (it was orig Dustin Hoffman). Of course playing the Ringo clip sets up "It Don't Come Easy".

BOS3FRA the 'oo, "Love Ain't for Keepin' "

I thought bubble tea didn't come along until much later.

I know Ringo had a rough childhood, but by 1971 he was the LAST person who should be saying that things don't come easy - he was handed a half-dozen Top 5 hits in a three-year span that he barely had to do anything on, fer cryin' out loud.  Nevertheless, BOS cuz it's a great song.

WOS 5MEB, just 'cause Rob played the Tesla version the other day and promised to play this version later in the week (which means he's doing a '71 tomorrow, I guess).

BTW, Tinka, your avatar is making me really miss Tu Lan this afternoon.  There just isn't Vietnamese like that in NYC.

BOS "One Fine Morning," an all-time great.  I long for the days of huge rhythm sections.

heh, yeah, there's some good places here, for sure.  I haven't been to Tu Lan in years, though -- even though I work a couple blocks away.  Last time I was there I did see a cucuracha, though.  (I bet some places in NYC can match that feature..!)

You'd think that by now SOMEBODY would've migrated to NYC with "real" Viet pho etc. They'd have the city to themselves and they'd clean up! Meanwhile here it's ubiquitous.
