"Indian Summer" is the closest to a Moreytrina we've heard, but this has been such a fine set I won't complain.

Tuned in toward the end of the GD tune--Marcus was doing really well, then along came Joe. Not a bad song, just a Davefave we already hear plenty of.

BOS Ian Dury, natch.
Let's get right to it.

yeah, it fit right in for me, and it's a personal fave, but it is pretty close to a katrina when Dave plays it.

Touche!

Best use of lyric in comment of the week I think.

I think Marcus just supplied us with the most obscure non-sequitor type piece of rock trivia.  "The late actor Phil Hartman designed the album cover for Legend".

Who knew that Phil Hartman did art or had any link to any rock band?  I love it when someone tells me shit like this.

I knew that, actually -- I believe he designed a cover or 2 for America as well.

Yeah, I remember hearing that a few years ago. I can't recall who else he did work for, but I think graphic arts was his day job while he was waiting for the Groundlings to take off.

Ok, so less obscure than I thought, but still a total non-sequitor.

Absolutely. I remember being completely gobsmacked when I found out--a total WTF moment.
