Midnight Oil, "Truganini", which I haven't heard since it was a radio hit.

The '90s: not Jackson Browne's best decade.

VHM Deep Forest, "Sweet Lullaby" -- I always confuse this with Enigma.

Did anyone inform Big Head Todd and the Monsters at the time that they were boring as fuck?  Or did they not realize that until later?

I always forget that this Jeffrey Gaines "live" cover of "In Your Eyes" is from '93 -- KFOG didn't discover it until much later.

Indeed--that's how we ended up with bands like the Rembrandts and Del Amitri and such. Yesterday's KFOG set had at least three songs that were staples of the AAA scare of the 90s: Tom Cochran, Shawn Colvin, and k.d. lang.
Let's get right to it.

This is that rare Ginger '90s set that was not discernably better (at least to my ears) than a Dave set from the same year.  Not painful, but not terribly exciting either.

ETA -- But good news: tomorrow Ginger does '73 and Bob does '72.
