Mshray -- The Reality Dysfunction
« on: February 23, 2005, 11:18:57 AM »
I over half way thru the fourth and final volume of the sci-fi series you lent me at the last gathering.  Seems like I've been reading them for-ev-er!  I like the shorter commute, but it certainly takes a lot longer to get through things than it used to.  (Not so long as it seems, either, since I read a couple of other books just after you lent them to me, so I haven't been reading them since the last gathering.)

Anyway, I am enjoying them.  I'll have to gather up my "Gap" (Stephen R. Donaldson) series and lend them to you to return the favor.

Didn't I give them to you? In hardcover (which I have) it's only one volume.

Nope.  I'll bring these back next gathering and check the final installment out from your library.  That will give me time to get through my current reading material, ASP.NET 2.0.  I HATE reading technical manuals, so I'll be really hungry for some fiction by the time we get together...
