Lucked out and the replay of the Drive's 10@10 (a) started 5 minutes early, and (b) didn't get blocked out!  We start with Bruce's Hungry Heart.  ("With Flo and Eddie!" the club chorus exclaims.)
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

Rob pulls out a pre-fame Survivor "turntable hit," new to me.

And now it's Genesis ripping off "Hot Fun in the Summertime" for "Misunderstanding."

HM to a tune I've never heard before, "Treat Me Right."  I assume it's Pat Rent-A-Car.  If not, damn fine impersonation.

Yahoo Serious was a known commodity in 1980?  Wow.  I'd never heard of him before the Young Einstein hype machine, whatever year that was (what an awful film - my friends and I heckled it in the theater the whole way through).

No, he wasn't -- and that's come up before on a Drive's early-'80s set.  Bob's got a boo-boo in his database.

And I believe the replay is never blocked, as whatever the "new artist spotlight" is, is over by 10 pm.
