Partners in crime? Mick's "Angie" goes face to face with Bowie's "Jean Genie."
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

Pulling the waiters, indeed. "God only knows, we're only ordinary men", say Pink Floyd by way of comment.

Sorry I missed Grin's "White Lies" and L&M's "Thinking of You".

Yes, when I think of Jagger and Bowie, I think "ordinary men."

God, this song is boring.  I just don't get this album.

Rolling Stones - Angie
David Bowie - Jean Genie (single mix)
Stevie Wonder - Higher Ground
Grin - White Lies
Joe Walsh - Rocky Mountain Way
Loggins & Messina - Thinking of You (single mix)
Pink Floyd - Us And Them
Marvin Gaye - Let's Get it On
Paul McCartney - Live and Let Die
Band - Ain't Got No Home

nice close with a little-heard Band tune.

That song couldn't be little-enough heard.

PS: Rod Stewart used the same woo-woo-woo thing on his cover of "Some Guys Have All the Luck."

Yikes, someone's wearing serious crankypants today.

It's a cover of a Clarence "Frogman" Henry song; that's where the "woo-woo-woo" thing originated.
