« on: October 04, 2006, 07:36:03 PM »
Folks, we missed a *stellar* 1974 set this morning.  I caught most of the replay, BOS votes to Bowie and Joni.

9:59 AM    Jackson Browne    Fountain Of Sorrow
10:06 AM    Rufus    Tell Me Something Good
10:09 AM    Bad Company    Movin' On
10:13 AM    Grateful Dead    Scarlet Begonias
10:18 AM    David Bowie    1984
10:21 AM    Steely Dan    Any Major Dude Will Tell You
10:24 AM    David Essex    Rock On
10:28 AM    Joni Mitchell    Car on a Hill
10:31 AM    Doobie Brothers    Black Water
10:35 AM    Badfinger    Meanwhile Back at the Ranch/Should I Smoke
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

Enjoyable, but Mr CrankyPants sez: except for the Badfinger (major pan-time-zone bustout there!) nothing we haven't heard before, some quite recently iirc.
