Baby's lead off, and either their stream has a significant delay built in, or Inessa got caught in the ladies room.  Not beginning until 10:08.

I find they start late as often as Dave starts early.

Just heard a snippet of "Baker Street", but I'm sticking with KFOG.  Probably a song or three yet go over here when Dave's short 60's set ends.

OMFG! Toby Beau, "My Angel Baby", their semi-ripoff of "Then You can Tell Me Goodbye" (which they actually had the gall to cover as a follow-up!). Lovely '70s cheeze.  I saw them open for Bob Seger that year in a hockey rink (Nassau Coliseum) and they were actually quite good in a we-'re-trying-to-be-the-Eagles-or-at-least-Poco kinda way.

note to Inessa: Toby Beau is a "they" not a "he".

Babys : Everytime I Think of You
Police : Roxanne
Tom Petty : I Need to Know
Gerry Rafferty : Baker Street
Queen : Bicycle Race
Patti Smith : Because The Night
Jay Ferguson : Thunder Island
Rolling Stones : Miss You
Toby Beau : My Angel Baby
Warren Zevon : Werewolves Of London

Well, kudos for the Toby Beau (which I don't think Dave has ever played) and the Queen (if Dave's played "Bicycle Race" it hasn't been in a really long time).  Sadly, even Inessa can't resist the dreaded "Thunder Island".

BUT: "Roxanne" is a '79 hit -- the single charted in Feb and the LP in March.  Even if the single was a late-'78 release, that's really a stretch.

Wow, do I hate that song.  It's in my expanded-and-almost-completed 100 Worst Songs of All Time list.
