The Peak, week of 11/25/13

Mon 11/25/13: Nov 1991

The Who's cover of EJ "Sat Nite/Fighting" is certainly rare, 10@10-wise.  Ditto Teenage Fanclub, "Star Sign"

LNs: U2, SRV, Genesis, Metallica. B.A.D.

uber-BOS Prince, "Cream" -- an ATBB, methinks.

and another EJ cover: Kate Bush, "Rocket Man" --  BOS2.

BOSes: the 'oo, "The Music Must Change", Ramones "Needles & Pins", a Boomtown "Rat Trap", Mr Dury's "Rhythm Stick", Queen's "Fat Bottom Girls". uber-super-duper BOS Johnny Thunders, "You can't Put Your Arms Around a memory".

LNs: Blondie, BJ, Foreigner.

VHM Jagger/Tosh.

Woo Hoo! exactly the time period I've been writing about recently, and some of the songs/LPs I've referenced too: Dylan "If Not For You"; George, "Sweet Lord", Neil, "Southern man"; JT "Fire & Rain"; Zep "Since I've Been Loving You".

Plus: Guess Who "Share the Land"; Zho Co-kair "Cry Me a River"; Free "All Right Now"; Christie "Yellow River"; Dead, "Friend of the Devil"  I'm not even gonna complain about LNs today.
