well, at least we got '90s out of the way yesterday...

not that '81 is all that, either.  Instant LN (thanks to Kiss-FM playing it 27 times a week): Tom Tom Club.

This set first aired on Dec. 4 last year. Here's the setlist:

Quote
1. Tom Tom Club - Genius Of Love
2. Men At Work - Who Can It Be Now?
(Commercial - Mercury Capri.)
3. The Cars - Since You're Gone
4. U2 - Gloria
5. Lindsey Buckingham - Trouble
(News: Charles & Di)
6. The Police - Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic
7. Genesis - Abacab
(Movie: On Golden Pond)
8. The Pretenders - Message of Love
9. Was (Not Was) - Out Come The Freaks
(News: Reagan on the economy interspersed with the "It's A Living" theme)
10. Santana - Winning

Outside of the Lindsey Buckingham and Was (Not Was) songs, this looks to be pretty miss-able.

yes, looks like touble.  Since you're gone from KFOG, listen to the Sound.  Their 68 set is winning.

I actually stuck around just to hear "Out Come the Freaks".  co-BOS with "Trouble".

"Out Come The Freaks" has to be one of the top ten surprises RR has provided us. So by that criteria, I suppose this in fact qualifies as a classic.
