This is Petty's only album with a bunch of good songs, IMO...but this song is not one of them. WOS

Dang, some of us were young in the 80's. You'd never know it by the 10@10 picks for these years.

(I make some version of this same complaint for every late 80's year.)

I'm with ya. Some bubblegum pop would really help this set.

VHM a lesser-played U2 track. But they're obligatory in some form or other in '87.

This is my favorite U2 song (and my wife watched all episodes of the TV series of the same name on Netflix streaming recently).

This is as "alternative" as it gets for late 80's 10@10.

Best FB comment: "this set was in a coma"

"ohhh Maaaaannn..." -- must RR say this after EVERY set?

Sinead and U2 BOS, though I considered the former wimpy and the latter a guilty pleasure at the time (when I was a college DJ)

I found this one a lot more listenable than yesterday's.  Perhaps because even though most of them were 10@10 FF's, they weren't necessarily KFOG FF's.
