RIP Ed Cassidy, Spirit drummer

I can't find any obit news items, but a couple of my FB friends posted items about his passing. He was 89 years old (!), and Randy California was his stepson.

And I just learned via Wikipedia that he was in the Rising Sons with Ry Cooder and Taj Mahal.
