The first really LN Beck.  There should be a rule that they shouldn't be able to use the Tonya Harding/Nancy Kerrigan story again unless they follow it with Weird Al - "Headline News".

"...Pink Floyd comes out" -- LOL.  VHM Friends when it was good.

WOS2 actual Pink Floyd.

I give this set a B+, maybe even A-, for avoidance of LNs -- and in a '90s year, no less. But a C for overall snooziness.

So this what the album with two big stone heads facing each other looks like.  I distinctly remember seeing that at record stores when I was first getting into music, but don't think I've ever heard anything off it until now.

I don't recall it getting much airplay at the time, but then I dunno who in SF would've played it.

Damn, we're not done yet? WOS3 Alice in Chains.

They had one spot left...they should have used it with Real McCoy not Alice in Chains.  Oh well, there's always next time.

Alternative Girlfriend
Nothingman
I Am So Ordinary
Keep Talking

None of these look like they got spins in the AL era.  Could they be bustouts?  (Same with "Send Me On My Way," but I'd think that one would have had to have been played before.)

I don't recall hearing 'em before. 4 bustouts -- it's a new world record!

WOS2 actual Pink Floyd.

I give this set a B+, maybe even A-, for avoidance of LNs -- and in a '90s year, no less. But a C for overall snooziness.

They might not be songs we'd have chosen, but lately it seems like *someone* has been making an effort to come up with some never-before-played songs for each set. Even just a couple a day makes a difference.
Let's get right to it.

So, are we losing the lists?

Jeez, ya miss one day...

1. Barenaked Ladies - Alternative Girlfriend
2. Dave Matthews Band - Jimi Thing
(TV: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.)
3. Rusted Root - Send Me On My Way
4. Pearl Jam - Nothingman
5. R.E.M. - Bang and Blame
(Movie: Interview w/the Vampire)
6. Oasis - Live Forever
7. Paula Cole - I'm So Ordinary
(News: Kerrigan/Harding)
8. Beck - Loser
(TV: Friends)
9. Pink Floyd - Keep Talking
10. Alice In Chains - No Excuses

(FYI, I've been getting the lists from the gs page on FB because [1] it's faster and [2] KFOG has been remiss in posting them since they switched to the new web page design. And FB is an issue for me at work so I often have to wait until lunchtime)

I wasn't complaining, just wondering if it seems true that KFOG isn't printing the lists anymore. It's nice they have the soundcloud thing up right away, but the list is nice too.

I thought maybe they were still working out the kinks on the new web design, but "Connected" lists are being posted and are up-to-date on that page, so I dunno what's up with the 10@10 lists.
