Tue 2/21/12: 1984

Pretenders, Loggins, Dolby, Twilley, Eurythmics, Culture Club, Big Country

BOS the trailer for The Lonely Guy, a great underrated Steve Martin movie.

VHM Christine McVie's forgotten "Got a Hold on me" -- one chorus of this is worth all of Stevie Nicks' pseudo-mystical claptrap put together.

uber-BOS2 Echo/B-men "Killing Moon"

and longtime Moreytrina tho' it is, it's nice to hear Rob (who made fun of AL for playing "Tarzan Boy") spinning "They Don't Know". VHM just because.

Wed 2/22/12: (Feb of) 1975

Fogelberg has a plan, BTO roll, Phoebe hears poetry, Genesis lies down, Labelle free yo' lady.  And Jackie blew!

uber- BOS Dylan, "Idiot Wind". even-uberer-BOS2 Al Stewart's "Carol" -- I haven't heard this in ages.

VHM one of John's covers, just 'cause it's not "Stand by Me"

LN: the eagles, despite being a sledgehammer, because we'll be hearing it on Casey's '75 chart Saturday.

Thur 2/23/12: 1992

Pearl Jam, Lightning Seeds ("Life of Riley", BOSFRA), Dire Straits, Nirvana, SRV, JCM, Sarah McLesbian, Lou Reed.  Crapton brings on the "Tears".

of course this is specific to February of '92, so we won't get Whitney.

another rarity: Concrete Blonde, "Ghost of a Texas Ladies' Man"
