Motherly Love.  This reminded me of Motherless Children. Glad we're not hearing that.

Ahhh, I should have mentioned I'd like to hear "Mama Tried", Dead version. My old band used to play this.
FB confusion. I read your post and moved my mouse in search of the Like button! Oy.
;D
What the heck was that Mom clip?  Weird stuff.  This must be the Mothers of Invention.  Certainly never heard this one.

Is this Abba? The women sound like it, but the men don't.

hmm, you're right.  Could be from the Mamma Mia movie soundtrack?

No, "Does Your Mother Know" was the forgotten follow-up single to "Dancing Queen."  Only male lead vocal in their catalog, AFAIK.

see, this is why I like this place, I learnt me something just now.  Thanks, Gaz!

man, even the Dead sound good today.

Stewie from Family Guy. (proxy WOS for RGMike).

yay! Mothers Of Invention.  a kazoo song...  not many kazoos appear on 10at10, so this is notable for that alone.

This mama clip = not cool

Agreed.... although it's kind of like the Sideshow Bob rake-stepping incident... it goes on way too long, to the point where it's almost funny due to its obnoxiousness.

The kazoo thought made me think of a concept.  It made me think of songs with weird instruments like the one the guy plays on "Jozin Z Bazin" which you should really see if you haven't. But the idea is a 10at10 of viral songs. Don't know if there are ten worthies, but might be funny.  Here's a few:
The Trololo Song
Dude You Have No Quran
Jozin Z Bazin
Never Gonna Give You Up (heh)

Any ideas?

The Intruders - I'll Always Love My Mama

great instrumentation, but I'm not sure I'll always love this lead vocal.  Sounds a bit flat at times...

Is this the Scissor Sisters' debut on 10@10?

I think so...since there aren't too many 10@10 opportunities for songs in the 2000's.
BOSing this!

This debuted last year in a Mother's Day set and won BOS!  Surprised it didn't win again, actually...

Just in case this might be news to some, this is a Merl Haggard song.
